Mr Lee Siew Pin Eric

Mr Eric Lee is the Vice President, DAS Executive Committee.  He is also on the Board of DAS Academy and DAS International.  Mr Lee is the Executive Coach of Career Transitions. He has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world, mainly holding Human Resource leadership roles in major multinational corporations and established public companies. Exxon (previously Esso), Union Carbide, Cummins Engine Company, Cold Storage Group (now the Dairy Farm Group), the OCBC Bank Group, and Compaq Computer (before the integration with Hewlett-Packard) are among the companies Mr Lee has worked in.

Mr Lee has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Political Science from the University of Singapore, a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Nutritional Studies from Clayton College in the US, and is a Certified Columbia Coach from Columbia University, New York.

Outside of coaching and besides his work for the DAS, Eric continues to be involved with community and voluntary organisations.  Mr Eric enjoys seeing and helping people fulfil their full potential in life.

Mr Kaka Singh s/o Dalip Singh

Mr Kaka Singh is the Assistant Honorary Treasurer of the Dyslexia Association of Singapore for FY2013-2014 and was part of the Executive Committee when the DAS was first launched in 1991.  

He is the Senior Partner and Chairman of RSM Chio Lim LLP. Having been in international accounting, Mr Singh has a wealth of experience and his work includes consultancy relating to accounting and auditing matters including those for the charity sector. He has extensive experience in IPO assignments, company secretarial matters, corporate governance issues, training and staff development. Prior to joining RSM Chi Lim LLP in 200, Mr Singh was a senior partner at a Big 4 firm.  

He is a regular speaker at conferences & seminars, and has held many key positions in various accounting bodies. In 2010, Kaka was awarded the inaugural ACCA Award in recognition of his tireless dedication and contribution to the accounting profession; he was awarded the Silver Medal of the ISCA.

Mr Kevin Kwek

Mr Kevin Kwek joined the Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) as an Executive Committee Member in January 2013. He is the founding director of Legal Solutions LLC, a local law firm. He graduated from the University of Keele, England, in 1993 with a Second Class (Upper) Honours Degree in Law and Economics. 

Kevin was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995. He was previously working with Drew & Napier, Shook Lin & Bok and Kenneth Tan Partnership (where he was made partner in 1999) prior to setting up Legal Solutions LLC in 2005 where he is currently a Director.

Mr Lee Siang

Mr Lee Siang is the Chief Executive Officer of the Dyslexia Association of Singapore. He assumed the role on 1st September 2014. He oversees the work of the DAS HQ Branches operations, supervises the management of the three DAS Divisions, namely the MOE-Aided DAS Literacy Programme (MAP), Specialised Educational Services (SES) and the Learning Centres and Outreach Division. He also sits on the Board of DAS subsidiaries, DAS Academy and DAS International. Siang is a member of the US-based International Dyslexia Global Partners Committee. He has 25 years of experience in leadership and management of which 15 years is at senior level in non-profit organisations.

Siang observes that "unlike other industries, work in a non-profit organization gives you immense satisfaction that your efforts are helping clients who need your support and who are likely to not receive it otherwise!"  

Siang obtained his Bachelor's Degree from the National University of Singapore via the sponsorship of a Singapore Armed Forces Training Award. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Singapore Institute of Management, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia, a Certificate in Dyslexia Studies, a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from the London Metropolitan University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Specific Learning Differences, also from the London Metropolitan University. It is this unique balance of experiences and qualifications that has allowed Siang to oversee the diverse services and functions of the DAS Family.
